License Agreement

Summary

This License Agreement governs your use of templates, source code, and design files purchased from mivon.io ("Products"). We sell three licenses: Single, Bundle, and All-Access.

In plain English: you may use the source freely in your own and your clients' projects. You may not re-publish the source, share it on a public repository, or use it to build a competing template product.

Single license

• One developer (the licensee) may use the Product.
• Unlimited personal and commercial end-products you own end to end.
• You may modify the source freely.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source files.
• You may not use the Product to create a competing template product.

Bundle license

• Up to five developers on the same team or company.
• Unlimited projects across those seats, including client work.
• Same redistribution restrictions as the Single license.
• Includes the right to deliver the source to clients as part of a finished project they then own.

All-Access membership

• Standing license to the entire Mivon catalog for twelve months.
• Unlimited personal, employer, and client projects.
• At the end of twelve months, any Products you downloaded remain licensed to you under the equivalent Single or Bundle terms.
• Renewal is optional and never automatic.

What you may never do

• Re-sell, sublicense, or redistribute the source files.
• Make the source files publicly available (public Git repos, file shares).
• Use the Products to build a competing template marketplace or product.
• Train a generative model on the source files or design assets.

Transfers

Licenses are tied to the purchaser and may not be sold or transferred without our written consent. If a client engagement ends, the Bundle license stays with your studio.

Updates

Every license includes free updates for twelve months from the date of purchase. After that you continue to use the version you have, on the same license terms, for as long as you like.

Ownership

Mivon retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. You receive a non-exclusive license to use them as described above.

Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is". We make no warranty that they will meet your specific requirements or be free of defects. If a Product is materially broken on delivery and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund it — see the Refund Policy.

Termination

If you breach this License, your rights under it terminate automatically. You must stop using the Products and delete the source files.
