Refund Policy

Summary

We stand behind our work. You get a 14-day refund window provided you haven't already accessed the source files. The full policy below explains the edge cases.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed the source files. "Accessed" means any of the following:

• Downloading the source archive.
• Accepting an invitation to the private GitHub repository.
• Activating a license key.

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, refunds cannot be granted once any of the above has occurred. This is consistent with EU consumer law on digital content delivered with prior consent and loss of the right of withdrawal.

All-Access memberships

All-Access memberships are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded any product. After that point, the membership is non-refundable but does not auto-renew.

Exceptional cases

If a product is materially broken on delivery and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund it regardless of access. We also issue refunds for accidental duplicate purchases at any time.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback — almost every dispute is easier (and faster) to resolve through a quick reply. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and the revocation of any active licenses.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mivon.io from the address used at purchase with your order number. We process eligible refunds within five business days through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
