Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mivon.io and the products sold through it ("Service") operated by Mivon Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR ("Mivon", "we", "us").

1. Accepting these Terms

By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the License Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a product. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

3. Products and orders

All products sold on mivon.io are digital goods, licensed under the Mivon License Agreement. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Mivon Limited is the seller of record and is responsible for VAT and applicable sales taxes.

Prices are shown in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source files.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
• Do not impersonate Mivon or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Do not use the products to build a competing template marketplace.

5. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and source files made available through mivon.io remain the intellectual property of Mivon Limited, licensed to you under the Mivon License Agreement.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mivon.io if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mivon's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mivon, its officers, and its contractors from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. License rights for products you've already paid for survive termination and continue to be governed by the License Agreement.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
